If goods are not in stock, we shall advise of delivery time and offer you the option of waiting for the goods or a full refund – all goods however must be prepaid for the order to be actioned.

Postage & Handling
We reserve the right to re quote postage – we rely on a postage calculator to advise of cost but if you live in a remote location they may be higher and we reserve the right to charge you additional for this.
Goods will be sent registered post or express post at HorsePlay HorseWear’s discretion for tracking purposes and to minimise the cost to the purchaser. We will always choose the method that gives the purchaser the lowest cost or if the item is needed promptly.
No returns on goods unless goods are faulty in which we shall, at our discretion, exchange or refund the cost of the goods. If Goods are faulty they must be returned to us within 14 days of date of purchase.
